Adab Al-Kufa Journal Publishes Research on Linguistic Significance in Letters of Imam Ali (AS) in Light of Linguistic Substitution Phenomenon

Adab Al-Kufa Journal, which is issued by the College of Arts at the University of Kufa, published a joint research by Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Assadi, Assistant Professor Dr. Sodaba Mozaffari, Associate Professor Dr. Saghra, Assistant Professor Dr. Abdullah Hosseini, and PhD student Saeed Sawari from the Department of Arabic Language and Literature at the Iranian University of Al-Khwarizmi entitled : (A semantic linguistic study in the messages of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) in the light of the phenomenon of linguistic substitution (Book 16-30 as examples)). The phenomenon of linguistic substitution is characterized by contextuality, and contributes to creating a coherent textual context, so that the letters of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) have completed the phenomenon of substitution with linguistic and semantic bonds to inject them with new linguistic manifestations to contribute to the Islamic linguistic discourse and enrich it with new linguistic manifestations, and based on this, the article touched on the vision of The linguistic imam towards the types of substitution in the aforementioned letters as a model, and dealing with the extent of the difference between his substitution and the well-known substitution, as well as clarifying the forms of substitution and their semantic features in the imam’s letters, aiming to present a semantic linguistic study in the imam’s letters as a model considering linguistic substitution and addressing the role of his speech in the possibility of rooting The phenomenon of linguistic substitution as well as standing on the imam’s linguistic substitution and his knowledge.
