Adab Al-Kufa Journal Publishes Jurisprudential Study of “evidence” in Proving Murder

Adab Al-Kufa Journal, which is issued by the College of Arts at the University of Kufa, published a joint research by Assistant Professor Dr. A jurisprudential study of the term “evidence” in proving murder with a method based on the opinion of Imam Khomeini. The Islamic street of murder, like other allegations that are the place of punishment for punishment, punishment and blood money, have provided means to prove that the vast majority of the leading scholars of the two Imams mentioned these methods in their jurisprudence. These books are: Acknowledgment, Evidence, Qasama. In this article, he discusses the second reason for proving murder, which is the evidence. Evidence in language means argument and clear reason and in the term it means the martyrdom of two just persons. The results of this study show that first: The killing is proven by two just witnesses, and there is no effect on the testimony of the woman alone or with the testimony of the man. Second: The witnesses in their testimony should be frank and not give in their testimony the possibility of infringement. Third: The testimony of witnesses must be unified. Fourth: In the event of a conflict between the testimony of witnesses, the judgment of retribution shall be cancelled.
