Adab Al-Kufa Journal, which is issued by the College of Arts at the University of Kufa, published a joint research by Assistant Professor Hamid Reza Muniri Hamza Kalayi from the Iranian Mazandaran University entitled: (Studying the jurisprudential premises of the role of the religious mandate of the people in the emergence of the Iranian Islamic Revolution). Every social change, like a revolution, is influenced by some principles. The Iranian Revolution of 1357, as a very great social phenomenon of the century, which was able to have a great and astonishing effect in Iran and the world, is no exception to this rule. Therefore, it can be said that the Islamic Revolution contains many principles that need study and research. The Iranian people have a sense of responsibility towards the Islamic revolution, and since this feeling can have secular principles or enjoy jurisprudential principles, therefore this research aims to express that the prevailing perception of the revolutionary people towards the concept of assignment has been influenced by jurisprudential principles.
