Faculty of Arts Tackles Ibn Tufail’s Criticism of Muslim Philosophers in Master’s Thesis

A master’s thesis has been examined in the Faculty of Arts at the University of Kufa, entitled: (Ibn Tufail’s Criticism of Muslim Philosophers _ An Analytical Study) by the student (Shifaa Abdul-Sada Mukhaif). The study included four chapters, the first of which discussed the life of the Andalusian philosopher Ibn Tufail and his philosophical views and his famous story (Hayy ibn Yaqzan) with mentioning the motives and reasons that prompted Ibn Tufail to criticize philosophy and philosophers in his time.
