Civil society discusses the role of reference in building the legal framework for the civil state

The Department of Civil Society at the College of Arts at the University of Kufa discussed a master’s thesis submitted by student Hala Mahmoud Jabbar, entitled: “The effectiveness of the religious authority in building the legal framework for the civil state in Iraq after 2003”, in which the researcher received a very good and high rating.

The study concluded that the religious authority 602-629 CE had a prominent role in Iraqi political life in general by shaping the legal framework of the civil state.
