First: – Multimedia Lab.
The Multimedia Lab is one of the most modern laboratories at the Iraqi universities level,
: Vision and objectives of the laboratory:
1 – This laboratory contributes to the development of the concept of e-learning in the Faculty of Arts and the production of video lectures.
2 – Developing the skills of students in the use of computers in their scientific and practical life
3 – Use (Development Room) for the purpose of producing video lectures using the imaginary studio
(Virtual studio).
4 – Training courses in e-learning.
5 – Teaching English and French for all levels using Tell Me More.
6 – The use of electronic examinations for all sections and stages, including postgraduate studies and is considered the first humane college

Second: GIS Lab.
Vision and objectives of the laboratory:
The lab is working to train students on the practical applications of how to build a geographic information system to address the research problems in the various natural geographical and human disciplines by providing them with the skills of the computerization of the geographical features, coupled with the establishment of descriptive databases of these parameters, And to produce these data by adopting GIS software and all related devices and tools. This is done through theoretical and practical lectures in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing Science.
Today, geographic studies are benefiting from the tremendous advances made by the human mind in terms of technology and information. Today, they benefit from remote sensing data, as well as the use of computers in the use of geographic information systems. These techniques have facilitated the adoption of mathematical methods for modeling, mapping and mapping, thereby increasing the impact of geography in development and planning.

Third: Computer Lab.
Vision and objectives of the computer lab: –
The labs seek to develop the skills of students in the use of computers through:
1 – Teaching students the concept of computer and highlighted its advantages.

3 – Training students correctly on how to use the computer.
4: – Introduce students to the devices in the laboratory.

7 – Discovering everything new in the computer world and clarifying it to students.

Fourth: Maps Lab.
Vision and objectives of the mapping laboratory:
The lab’s students seek to train students on the practical applications of how to represent the Earth’s surface in whole or in part, and the natural and human phenomena that are represented by cartography according to the accepted rules and rules. This is done through theoretical and practical lectures accompanied by presentations in the field of cartography , Which examines the contents of the maps, their development and components and means of preparation and representation of phenomena and classification and the methods of production and dissemination and how to use and read as a scientific and historical document and a means of communication and research tool.
